Are you ready to join us on our exciting journey?
Ellevio is one of Sweden's largest electricity network companies, and together we continue to electrify Sweden. With us, you are part of a secure and important future industry while having the opportunity to make a difference, grow as an individual, and have a great time along the way! We believe in a bright and sustainable future, do you?
About the role of Supplier Manager
For a modern society to function, a stable electricity grid that delivers around the clock, year-round, is required. We at the Operation and Maintenance (OM) unit are responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining the electricity grid – extremely important functions to manage the energy transition.
A good collaboration with our service providers in the field is crucial for us to succeed in our mission. Through long-term contracts, we create lasting relationships that provide efficiency, high quality, and profitability for all parties.
In the newly created role of Supplier Manager for OM, you will be responsible for actively following up, maintaining, and developing the business relationship with our suppliers for our service areas within maintenance, fault correction, and facility communication. You will monthly follow up on the agreements based on set indicators (SLAs and KPIs) and support the business in contractual matters, contract changes, and represent OM in meetings with contractors. Your mission is to ensure OM's and Ellevio's interests and compliance with contracts while contributing to a good collaboration with suppliers. Before contract expiration, you will also be involved in drafting new contracts and procurement documents.
You will be part of the management team, report to the head of OM, and collaborate closely with the various group leaders and their employees. We are constantly developing our working methods and are currently driving digitalization projects to improve data collection and remote communication, to better anticipate and manage faults more effectively.
The position is based at our headquarters in Stockholm or the regional office in Karlstad, and travel between offices may occur.
About you
We are looking for someone with post-secondary education and several years of experience actively working with contract interpretation, procurement, and negotiation. You have experience in contracting operations – as a client or contractor – preferably within electricity or other infrastructure. Knowledge of EBR and AMA is an advantage.
To thrive in this role, we believe you enjoy debating and do not hesitate to express a position respectfully even when there is no consensus. You have a strategic and business-oriented mindset and understand the importance of creating value for both Ellevio and our partners. You plan and structure your work efficiently, set clear goals, and work results-oriented to achieve them. You inspire and influence others through your engagement and communication skills. For you, it is natural to operate in an environment where change is part of everyday life and to independently drive development and improvement work forward.
Ellevio as an employer
It is important to us that employees feel happy, engaged, and driven by the desire to continuously learn and develop. Only then can we together achieve our vision of a bright and sustainable future. With us, you have great opportunities to influence the company at large and your own career. A fine proof of this is that we have been appointed as a Career Company for the sixth consecutive year for 2026!
We are constantly working towards a sustainable and developing work climate where equality, diversity, and inclusion are a given. For example, there is the ELLE network, Ellevio's internal women's network, and we train all employees in collective intelligence to create conditions for increased collaboration and well-being.
We also offer flexible working hours and, in dialogue with your immediate manager, the opportunity to work from home a couple of days a week.
